flickr and WEBIMAGER
I read a post about this screen capture tool that uses the flickr API to take screen shots and upload to flickr called flickr and WEBIMAGER my question is how is this not aiding a flickr TOS violation?
I got dinged awhile back for having graphics and screen shots on my account. Does this tool have you upload as a non-public pic? Here is where the TOS rule is. I dont agree with this rule. Just wanted to point it out. I personally think screen shots on flickr are great. I get RSS from some people that all they do is post screen shots. But according to TOS it is a violation which I got dinged for.
Another gripe about that is that when I was in the NIPSA status I was never told. I could have easily corrected it had I noticed. I noticed when I took a bunch of pics at an events and tagged them and then people said they couldnt find my pics. So then I figured out I was in NIPSA status. So I fixed the violating images and sent an email to have it fixed but it took like 10 days to have it fixed. GREAT!!!
